What should my athlete wear?

Please have your athlete arrive in their complete GASC uniform and ready to be photographed. Make sure jerseys, shorts, socks, shin guards, and soccer shoes are clean and picture-ready before checking in.

What should we bring?

Bring your athlete’s soccer ball, a smile, and anything they normally need for practice after photos. Please keep personal items together so your athlete can move through the photo area efficiently.

Should we register for gallery updates before Picture Week?

Yes. Gallery registration lets you receive gallery-ready notifications and eligible sale or free-shipping offers. Registration is not athlete field check-in; every athlete must still check in with Indy Pro Photos at the field.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive at the Picture Week check-in area 10–15 minutes before your team’s listed photo time. We do our best to stay on schedule while giving every athlete the attention needed to create quality portraits. Because this is high-volume photography, timing depends on teams and athletes arriving prepared and on time, so occasional brief delays may occur.

Does every athlete need to check in?

Yes. Every athlete must check in with Indy Pro Photos at the field before entering the photo area. Registering for gallery notifications does not check in the athlete.

What if my athlete arrives late?

Players who arrive after their team has started may still have their individual portrait taken when they arrive. If team photos are taken on the field and your athlete arrives after their team photo has been completed, we will not be able to add your athlete to the team photo.

Are buddy photos available?

Sibling and coach-and-athlete buddy photos may be taken when the participants are together and the photo-day flow allows. Tell the posing assistant, and have all buddies wait in line together. The posing assistants will direct you.

How will I know the gallery is ready?

You will be notified by text and/or email if you register for your athlete’s gallery. Otherwise, watch the GASC Facebook page and league emails for the gallery-ready announcement.

How does ordering work?

View your athlete’s private gallery, choose your favorite images, select a package or build your own, adjust the crop for each image, and place your order online. No paper order form or payment is collected at the field.

How will orders be delivered?

Printed products are shipped directly to the address entered at checkout. Digital products are delivered through your order receipt using the Download My Photos button.

Can I share my athlete’s photos on social media?

Absolutely! You are welcome to share your purchased photos and digital images on social media. Please tag Indy Pro Photos so we can celebrate with you.

What if the weather changes?

August 24–27, 2026 is reserved only for weather-related rescheduling. Watch the GASC communication channels for an update if weather affects your team’s scheduled day.

What if I cannot find my athlete’s gallery?

Contact Indy Pro Photos and include your athlete’s full name, coach’s name, and age division so we can help locate the correct private gallery.

Do I have to purchase photos?

No purchase or payment is required to register for gallery notifications or to view the private gallery when it becomes available.
